And some things that sucked but mostly it was good so swag.

I accidentally turned my alarm off instead of snoozing it. That was surprise number one. But I ain't mad about it. I slept an extra hour and 18 minutes and woke up feeling refreshed and more ready to be productive.
I showered and ate my breakfast and Clarisa had bought me a ton of new granola and cereal. Bless that woman and her taste in breakfast foods. I went to the park to read because it was such a nice day out and it felt good to be productive... cuz I hadn't done jack shit all weekend.

I came home to gather my things and do some more work, and then I headed out to do an interview with the ente de turismo de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Tourism Agency of BA). The interview was chillaxed, they asked me questions and talked to me for about an hour, and then... surprise #2... paid for my lunch. Hawk yeah baby. I balled out with some chicken, arugula, pesto sauce, hummus, and pita bread, too. Did I agree to the interview cuz I thought I might get a meal out of it? Yeah. Does that make me a bad human? Not really.
I then went to class and perhaps the best surprise of the day was that instead of lasting all 3 hours that it usually does, it was only 1 hour long. There is a MASSIVE strike taking place tomorrow and already today it was stirring up some drama. The subways and buses were going to shut down at 8pm and our teacher didn't want us to have problems getting home / get hurt during the protests, so she freed us early. Hollaaaaa.

Julie and I walked home to avoid public transportation drama / traffic, but the walk was an hour long and I was tired when I got home. So of course I was not very productive and read like 2 pages and then just laid in bed.
Clarisa and I did our daily fine dining and boi was it exceptionally fine today. She made a broccoli quiche type of thing, lentils, salad (with palta (avocado)!!!!), and gave me one empanada. I ate WAYYYY too fricking much but I didn't want to offend her by not eating her food! We talked about how full I was and then she offered me strawberries for dessert. What was I gonna do? Say no?
I facetimed my lovely Aunt Margie after dinner and that was a joy and a half. Always great to gossip with your aunt and tell her all the things you don't tell your mama ;) Hahaha just kidding mom I tell you everything.
Goodnight, to my haters and lovers alike.
