Today, Garnet Brown shared a tweet with me. It said: "bitches be saying i’m a pescatarian... well yeah me too girl we all be walking across the street sometimes"

Today was an interesting mix of mild highs and lows. One things is for certain and that is that I was not productive in the slightest. Pero... no pasa nada. I slept in hard core for the first time in a while and woke up at the pleasant hour of 11:24am. Woke up feeling refreshed as ever and that was baller. I proceeded to eat my desayuno and chillax.

I had made plans with a study group for 12:30pm so hallelujah that I woke up on time. Oh wait, SIKE cuz they all fricking showed up late or canceled! Love that! Loves when my plans and my time are respected! It's the best!

I was incredibly irritated because I wasted about 2 hours of my day due to that study group. Oh well. Time I can't get back. I walked home and made myself some lunch. Pasta, two eggs, and some vegetables. It was pretty lacking in flavor but it did the job I guess. I then got ready to run and headed out the door.

Today was a nice warm sunny day and my run was pleasant. I felt better after running and showering, and less negative about my day. Still out of shape but slowly getting back into it.

I sort of did homework after that but mostly just looked at all of my assignments and thought hell naw. I headed downstairs to go for a walk and Clarisa had one of her best friends, Christina, over. I met Christina and the 3 of us sat at the kitchen table, passed around some mate, and talked for a good amount of time.

This was one of the highlights of my day. It's funny because Clarisa is similar to me in the sense that we are both intense and always in a rush, but Christina is muuuch more chill and relaxed and moves at a slower pace. I could see why Clarisa and Christina were such good friends for each other. The best part was that one of the first things Christina said to me was: "Tell me about los chicos argentinos." I said, girl whatchu wanna know???

So we proceeded to talk about how direct and flirty the men are here. They say "chamuyero" to describe a boy who's very flirty and forward. And boiii are they chamuyero here. Just thought it was funny that this was my first time meeting this woman and she dove riiight into the juice. Gotta respect it.

Julie and I went on a walk for about an hour and I realized that I really really really love where I live. It was LIT for a Thursday night. Buenos Aires goes so hard it's insane. We walked to Plaza Serrano which is like a ring of bars, restaurants, and clubs. I look forward to going out there soon! It's such a special feeling to be in such a lively area and to know that it's just outside my front door.

After the walk, Clarisa and I ate dinner and we ate some of the best pasta I've ever had. She seasoned it real güd. I finished my first serving and she asked if I wanted more and I said just a little bit and she proceeded to give me a bigger serving than my first serving. I was gonna say that's too much but instead of doing that I settled for just eating it all (:

I've been chilling since dinner and wasting my life away. One of these days I'll use my time wisely. Just wait for it.
