And LORD am I happy it's over!!!

My only obligation today was class at 5pm so I took most of the day to continue studying for my parcial (midterm). I woke up early and read until breakfast, and I attempted to make oatmeal for the first time here. It was pretty good!
I read a bit more and then decided to take a break so I went on a run. I ran 4 miles and had no pain so I was happy about that! But the best part about my run today is that I discovered literally the most beautiful park I have ever seen and now I want to run / study / hang out there all the time. Even on a cold and cloudy day it was beautiful. These photos do not do it justice but I will include them anyway so that you get a feel.
I have never seen greener grass in my life. There are also lots of cool statues and structures within the park, and a few lakes!
After my run, I "lifted" in my room and then kind of took a shower but our water bomba (pump) was malfunctioning so I was still semi-stinky. Sorry if that's TMI, just trying to avoid fake news.
Finally, it was time to head to USAL and take this test. I got there about an hour early to study with Julie, and two Argentine girls in our class were there, too. They were so nice and helpful to us. I actually ended up learning something I didn't know during that brief study session and it was what the profesor ended up asking about! Thank the good lawd I went to that study session!
There was literally only one lefty desk in the classroom, and it was in the back corner. So mean! #wearethe11percent Check out the aftermath in the second photo.
The parcial went well hallelujahhhhh and la profe even said out loud in front of the class that my exam was muy bien escrito with gramática perfecta. She proceeded to say she doesn't know how good the content is, but the grammar was good so far. Lol. I'm hoping that meant she hadn't analyzed my answers yet, not that they were wrong. I still have to take the second half of the exam at home but it's not due until October 15. And she told us that our last class is October 29, so we only have 3 classes left because one of the 4 remaining Mondays is a holiday!! Holler betchesssss.
I was pretty pooped when I finally got home so I chilled out until dinner, which was the most delicious meal, wow. Clarisa made lentejas con papa y verduras which is lentils, potatoes, zucchini, and squash with some kind of sauce. It was so good I ate so much. Also happy to report that I ate 100% vegetarian today!
Can't wait to go to sleep early. I'm cansada. Goodnight friends, countrymen, and Romans.
